This policy applies to paid MEE Training Academy programs. Program-specific terms shown during enrollment take precedence where clearly stated.
Cancellation requests
Submit a written request to meetrainingacademy@gmail.com with your registered email, program and payment reference. Requests are reviewed according to the program schedule, resources already provided and applicable commitments.
Payment failure or duplicate debit
If money is debited but your dashboard does not show a successful payment, do not pay again immediately. Contact us with the transaction reference. Duplicate verified payments will be reviewed for refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel. Bank or gateway processing time may apply after initiation. Gateway charges, taxes or consumed services may be non-refundable where legally permitted and disclosed.
Batch changes
If the academy cancels a paid batch, students may be offered a transfer, credit or eligible refund.
